Take I-26 W until you reach the intersection of I-40 and I-240 East to Asheville. Take I-240 East for 3.3 miles. Take exit 3A - 19/23 South from the far left lane.
As you come up and around and off the exit ramp, you will find yourself in a commercial area. You will see a Blockbuster Video ahead on the right. Stay straight in the right lane through 4 traffic lights. At the 5th intersection you will see a green traffic sign for Leicester Hwy (there will be an Ingle's Grocery on your right) Turn right here.
You are now on Hwy#63 or Leicester Highway. After about 5 miles you will pass another Ingle's, get into the left hand lane. Turn left at the next light onto Newfound Road, drive 5.2 miles and turn right onto Morgan Branch Road.
Stay on the pavement for 2.2 miles. Highwoods Drive will be on the left, it is well marked with a standard green, reflective street sign.
Stay to the left a couple hundred yards and take the only left fork into the Highwoods property. As you enter our road you will see our pond and totem pole from the entrance. Go straight to the top of our road and park all the way up on the left side of the house.

Directions to Highwoods
We are working on a MAP for you that is clear and easy to understand from all directions. In the meantime we have provided written directions from I-26 to the South, and I-40 from the East & West. If you need help in further understanding how to get here, just give us a call!
Please pay very close attention to these directions, they are exact. If you miss a turn or a distance, you could get lost. From the South - Greenville SC, Asheville Airport From I-40 West - Knoxville, Tennessee - Sylva, NC
Take I-40 East until exit #33 Leicester - Newfound Road. Turn left at the exit and go 6.9 miles. Turn left onto Morgan Branch Road. Stay on the asphalt road for 2.2 miles then turn left on to Highwoods Drive. Stay left on Highwoods, about 200 yards you will fork left into our Driveway. Go to top of hill and park your car on the top left side of the house.

From the North and Northeast on E I-26
I-26 E becomes US-19 S / US-23 S after you enter North Carolina. Take Exit #19 and turn right onto US-25 N / US-70 W, towards Marshall. After 3.5 miles turn left onto LOWER FLAT CREEK RD. Drive 2.1 and turn left onto OLD MARSHALL HWY / NC-251. After just ½ mile you will come to FLETCHER MARTIN RD, turn right. Drive 1.3 miles and turn left onto ALEXANDER RD. Now drive 4.9 miles and turn right onto NEW LEICESTER HIGHWAY / NC 63. Go exactly 1.8 miles. You will see the Leicester General Store on your right. Turn left here onto SOUTH TURKEY CREEK ROAD. [South Turkey Creek is a paved, two lane road but kind of narrow so drive slowly, and enjoy the valley and mountain views to your left, breathe, you are almost there.]
Drive 3 miles, take the left fork onto POTATO BRANCH ROAD. Drive .6 miles and turn right onto HIGHWOODS DRIVE. Stay to the left a couple hundred yards and you will take the only left fork into the Highwoods property. As you enter our road you will see our pond and totem pole from the entrance.
